We began training yoga enthusiasts desiring to become yoga teachers over a decade ago. We started as an AFAA Program Provider in 2003 and in early 2005 became a YOGA ALLIANCE RYT TEACHING SCHOOL [RYS.] Since that time, we have  conducted 200 Hour Certification Programs in numerous YMCA's, Studios and Major Fitness Chains ranging from Boston to Baton Rouge. By focusing exclusively on training teachers since 2008, we have graduated hundreds of RYT 200s since. Our yoga has evolved to meet the needs of a more knowledgeable yoga community as seen in the US since the new millennium began. Most US yoga teachers and practitioners focus mostly on the technical aspects of asana as they miss the other two-thirds of what the yoga practice has to offer. Yoga is special and when applied properly it promotes  regenerative pathways and energies in ourphysiology. When these are turned-on, the yogi can live longer and enjoy better health.
